Commercial Construction Project Manager

Location: Columbus, OH (based in or commutable to)

Join a midsize, well established, and trusted commercial GC who has been based in Columbus since before 1950! We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to contribute to our vast portfolio of projects that include Multi-Family, Church, Hospitality, Senior Living, Commercial and Education. What We're Looking For:

• 3-5+ years' experience working as a Project Manager on projects ranging from $1MM-$40MM
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Experience in mixed use, multifamily and similar projects a plus
• Proven ability of project ownership with the ability to manage teams and ensure project success
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related Engineering discipline
