Job Description- Lead all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and excellence.
- Monitor project performance to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with contract specifications.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a track record of successfully completed projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software, scheduling tools, and budget control systems.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to foster positive relationships with team members, clients, and industry professionals.
