Now Hiring Construction Project Manager for Commercial Contractor in Dallas Construction Project Manager - Ground-Up Projects Are you an accomplished construction project manager with a passion for ground-up builds? This is your opportunity to join a growing general contractor in North Dallas and take the next rewarding step in your career. This Dallas-based General Contractor is looking for Project Managers with a background in commercial construction management. This Project Manager will be capable of overseeing projects from the ground up to completion. Project experience in retail, religious, K12, and/or municipal construction is highly valued. We also look favorably upon those who have handled large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $10 million. - Requires a minimum of 3 years' experience as a PM managing ground up projects for a general contractor.
- Ground up/new construction experience is required.
- Commercial General Contracting experience is required.
- Formal education in construction or engineering with strong technical knowledge is highly preferred. PM field experience is required.
- The ability to read and understand construction documents, including project plans, specifications, shop drawings and blueprints.
- Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor.
- Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods
- Strong communication skills & leadership ability
- Must be computer-literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore and other construction-related software. Package Includes:
