Essentials
- Experience using Bluebeam
- Able to read blueprints
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems
- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial roofing
Role Responsibilities
- Take offs
- Ordering of materials, maintaining stock and re-ordering when needed to keep projects on track and running smoothly
- Co-ordinate jobs and crews, both internal teams and subcontractors
- Track project budgets
- Work with the supers on the projects to ensure they are running labour efficiently
- Progress updates, project maps and speaking with customers daily to inform them of progress
- Operate Bluebeam and be capable of reading plans and blueprints
- The company is currently working mainly on New Construction, however they are currently growing their re-roof sector. Experience in either or both is great!
