Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for our Concrete Restoration Team locally. The Senior Project Manager has responsibility for researching and developing a team's new potential customers and new business opportunities. The Senior PM is responsible for the pursuit, estimating, and bidding process as assigned by the company. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, within the division. They will lead the project from initiation to close, hiring subcontractors, working with vendors and tracking inventory of equipment and materials. This person should be knowledgeable about regulations, permits and project management methodology. They should also work well with others, be highly organized and detail-oriented, meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget. A qualified candidate will possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field is preferred but not required
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Experience with Concrete Restoration projects
  • Technically literate individual
  • Motivated and team player
