Campanelli is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee Multi-Family Construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on multifamily wood-frame construction.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the construction process from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, budget, and schedule
- Review drawings and manage contracts
- Obtain permits and track costs and schedules
- Lead project meetings with all stakeholders connected to a project: owner, owner representatives, vendors, subcontractors, and others
- Report to stakeholders on project progress
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols at the job site
- Collaborate with the Director of Field Operations to supervise the activities of all trade contractors, ensuring their adherence to architectural and engineering specifications and regulations.
- Oversee change orders and RFIs, prepare as needed
- Estimate and budget for project expenses
- Manage bid document scheduling and review, while also scoping trades and negotiating contracts to align with project needs
- Manage project closeout procedures
- Travel to job sites as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Procore, Timberline, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office Project
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- 4-7 years of project management experience, particularly in multi-family wood-frame construction.
- Construction Supervisor's License preferred
