If you're ready to elevate your career, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgetsIdentify and mitigate project risksCommunicate project progress and updates to stakeholdersManage client relationships and ensure customer satisfactionCoordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendorsCreate and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reportsEnsure compliance with project requirements and regulationsLead project meetings and provide direction to project team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project successQualifications:Bachelor's degree 5+ YoE (Multifamily projects highly preferred)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial managementAbility to identify and mitigate project risksExperience with Procore and MS (Project, Excel, Word)Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesBenefitsBase Salary depending on experience: $140,000-$200,000Vacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred SkillsConstructionManagementGeneral Contractor
