Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of luxury custom home projects ranging from $2 million to $15 million in Miami, Florida. As part of our team, you'll manage all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to final client handover.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to execute high-end custom designs.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project timelines while ensuring strict quality control.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Oversee and manage all documents
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and permits.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in high-end residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of luxury custom homebuilding processes, materials, and finishes.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
