Sevan Multi Site Solutions is a veteran owned business that provides fully customized turn key program management and construction services at scale We offer program management site assessments design and engineering services for restaurants grocery gas station retail and government projects nationwide We work with leading brands like McDonalds Starbucks Sprouts and Whataburger to name a few At Sevan we provide the talent technology and trusted expertise needed to consistently deliver excellence in multi site construction Our Construction Project Manager works as part of a program management team managing on going construction programs for one of Sevans retailrestaurant QSR clients The field management PM will work on restaurantQSR tenant improvement projects across the New England market while acting as an extension of the owners design and construction staff Our Project Manager will oversee the work of general contractors designers and vendors for multiple sites This is a remote based position with recurring travel to regional job sites Qualified candidates must live in the New England market Vermont New York Connecticut preferred Travel is required on an as needed basis 40 60 up to and including weekly site visits Multi shift work may be required to accomplish work in active retail locations to meet aggressive schedules Essential Duties and Responsibilities On Site project management of construction activitiesDirects and coordinates the activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budgetProactively communicates project related issues directly with Senior Project Manager Project Executive or Operations DirectorExamines construction documentation including drawings schedules and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracyReviews bid results specifications test and progress reports and other project information necessary to gain complete familiarity with the projectConfirms and verifies permitting requirements related to the project or programDirectly manages and monitors project work in the fieldDiligently manages change orders to projectsFollows established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentationPrepares and provides weekly status reports for projectsProactively identifies and solves or elevates project issues related to cost schedule safety or qualifyRepresents the company in project meetingsDevelops and maintains relationships with clients potential clients subcontractors and vendors to help develop new opportunitiesOther duties as assignedThis is a remote based position with recurring travel to regional job sites Qualified candidates must live in the West South Central region Houston Dallas Oklahoma City preferred Travel is required 30 60 on an as needed basis Qualifications Minimum 4 year degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or8 10 years related experience andor training in construction project management of multi site QSR or cafe retail locationsConstruction management of ground up new build projects highly preferredExperience in multi site regional roll out programs highly preferred Culture Leadership and Employee Development Exemplifies and promotes our values of integrity respect teamwork excellence and charityEmbrace key Sevan wide initiatives like Safety and SustainabilityCommunicates our vision and purpose through Service Talent and ChoicesServes as a role model and promotes professional behaviorParticipates in personal career development through on the job training attends training programsSevan Multi Site Solutions Inc is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity or expression national origin age marital status genetics disability pregnancy veteran status or any other basis protected by law
