The ideal candidate will have 20 years of hands-on experience in DDC infrastructure projects and a strong background in construction management. Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead and manage DDC infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.DDC Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of DDC systems to design, implement, and optimize infrastructure solutions, ensuring efficient building automation and energy management.Construction Oversight: Provide on-site supervision and technical guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in construction work, ensuring adherence to design plans and industry best practices.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other relevant records. Communicate project status updates and milestones to stakeholders effectively.Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any conflicts or challenges that may arise during construction.Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles during the construction process and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards, promoting a culture of safety and accountability on-site.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in DDC infrastructure projects or related fields.Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from initiation to completion.Strong technical expertise in DDC systems and building automation technologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications.Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
