The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital platforms and tools. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing resources, driving change, and ensuring that digital solutions meet client and organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Management:
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines.
    • Manage client expectations and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Coordination & Leadership:
    • Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and analysts.
    • Assign tasks and manage resources to ensure the successful execution of the project.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Proactively resolve issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    • Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Track project costs and report on financial performance to senior management.
    • Optimize resource allocation to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that the final digital solution meets quality standards and business requirements.
    • Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure the integrity of the implementation.
    • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned from each project.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and post-implementation reviews.
    • Document and share best practices and lessons learned.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
    • 5+ * of experience in project management, preferably in digital implementation or technology projects.
    • Strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, and technologies.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong track record of delivering on time and within budget.
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
    Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage change and adapt to evolving project requirements.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    Position # 2: Digital Implementation Analyst- Functional LeadJob Description: The Digital Implementation Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of digital solutions across the organization. This role involves managing the implementation of web, mobile, and other digital platforms from planning through to execution and post-launch support. The Digital Implementation Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, product management, and external vendors, to ensure that digital initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives.Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
    Experience:
    • 10+ * of experience in leading digital implementation projects, preferably in a retail banking environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.
    • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web and mobile platforms, CMS, e-commerce, and CRM systems.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
    • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
    • Experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms.
    • Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
    Working Conditions:
