Job Title: Transmission Project Manager

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 USD
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transmission Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-voltage transmission projects in the Philadelphia, PA region. Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
- Plan, execute, and oversee high-voltage transmission projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules to meet client expectations and organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for utilities, regulatory agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication to align project goals and deliverables.
Team Management:
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, construction managers, and subcontractors.
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to all safety protocols.
Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including FERC, NERC, and OSHA standards.
- Oversee permitting processes and ensure environmental and safety compliance.
Risk and Quality Management:
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.
Financial Management:
- Monitor project budgets to control costs and prevent overruns.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-voltage transmission projects, preferably in the utility or energy sector.
Skills and Certifications:
- Strong understanding of high-voltage transmission systems, including design, construction, and operation.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- PMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations, including NESC and NERC reliability standards.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
