L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Construction Project Manager with our client based in Bronx, NY. In this long-term contract opportunity, you'll be providing field engineering inspection and office engineering.
Job Duties:
Review Construction documents
Supervise and provide guidance to Contractor
Resolve Construction issues related to field conditions, inter discipline conflicts, long term maintenance issues and life cycle costs.
Act as a facilitator between the Contractor, Designers, User Departments and Maintenance groups.
Resolve field conditions in an expeditious manner and provide input / suggested solutions, obtain formal approval from design engineers when necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, business administration
2 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
AutoCAD
OSHA 30 certification
