If interested, please apply directly or email your resume to ...@actalentservices.comJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can also handle estimating for the projects they manage.This role is with a growing GC/Civil Construction Company that is making significant strides in the Demolition space.The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in site development, civil, excavation, and demolition projects within the State and Federal space.The company uses Sage and Bit-to-Win for estimating.ResponsibilitiesManage and estimate projects related to site development, civil, excavation, and demolition.Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals are met.Prepare budgets, bids, and scopes of work for various projects.Utilize Sage and Bit-to-Win software for project estimation.Supervise the installation of underground structures and pipes.Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.Essential Skills7+ years of experience in project management and estimation in civil, site work, commercial construction.Proficiency in Sage and Bit-to-Win estimating software.Experience in general construction, site-work excavation, and demolition.Strong project coordination, budgeting, and bidding skills.Ability to manage and supervise the installation of underground structures and pipes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with HDPE supply and installation.Knowledge of working within State and Federal government projects.Work EnvironmentThe position is based in Liverpool, NY.The company offers a competitive benefits package including profit sharing, 2 weeks vacation, $55 monthly cell phone allowance, and a Safe Harbor 401K match.As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), the company values commitment, growth, and hard work.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with NYS and Federal Government.
