  • -Responsible for delivering and executing a leadership development program throughout global finance department
  • -Partner with campus recruiting to attract top talent to organization.
  • -Provide event management for key milestone events, reporting, analyzing training statistics and creating internal communications for key stakeholders
  • -Serve as main point of contact for leadership development program
  • -Oversee the daily operations of the leadership program, inclusive of managing project plans, communication, orientation, rotations, training, capstone projects, and social events
  • -Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to effectively manage and supervise all elements of recruitment programs, such as interviews, logistics, branding and summer recruitment.
  • -Consult with senior stakeholders to develop a highly impactful training curriculum and learning opportunities for MBA colleagues.
  • -Develop executive level presentations, marketing materials, and all necessary documentation for the program.
  • -Work together with HR People Partners to ensure that program participants are rotating and placed in groups that optimize their experience.
Job Qualifications:
  • -Bachelor's degree
  • -3-5 years of related experience, inclusive of in event management and coordination, recruitment support and learning administration and reporting
  • -Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • -Experience with stakeholder management across all levels of the organization
  • -Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • -Great attention to detail and eye for design
  • -Knowledge of finance is preferred
  • -Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, Teams, Zoom & SharePoint
