Once a summary page appears, hover your mouse over the orange Action button for a list of possible approval step options.Position Information Position Title Project Manager EXCITE Status Part Time Job Summary This is a part-time position *The Project Manager will organize Tuskegee University EFNEP educators, volunteers, and community partners to implement and evaluate program activities. The project manager will work closely with the EFNEP Director and SNAP-Ed coordinator coordinating distribution of flyers, extending the participants' activities with the EFNEP's core principles. This person will specifically be responsible for the purchasing, financial coordination, and organization of the Bridge program.Essential Job Duties
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Ensure that tasks are completed on time and that deadlines are met
- Keep track of a project's progress to ensure it's on track to meet its objectives and timeline
- Prepare reports and documentation for each project, which may be updated weekly and then compiled quarterly or at the end of the project
- Oversee the productivity and effectiveness of their team
- Plan properly to avoid wasting time and effort and to consider financial losses
- Assign tasks based on their team members' skills and capabilities and trust them to perform their duties
- Ensure that all aspects of the project meet performance standards, safety criteria, and government regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Specialized Training)
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, health education, or a related field
- Over three years of related work experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
Physical Demands

- Ability to walk short distances
- Ability to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items
- Ability to prepare and analyzing data and figures
- Ability to view a computer terminal; extensive reading
