To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, an educational institution, is seeking a Project Manager/Executive Assistant to support the President in their Ridgewood, NJ office. The hours are 9am-5pm (flex for OT) and this role is hybrid with three days in the office per week (flex depending on executive's schedule). Responsibilities:
- Manage President's calendar and schedule calls, meetings, and conferences
- Assist with booking travel arrangements including fights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Prepare materials for Board meetings and set up Zoom links/AV logistics
- Maintain member relations in customer management system (Salesforce)
- Coordinate in-house and off-site meetings and events for small and large groups
- Assist with event planning, public relations, and web development Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 4+ years of experience
- Tech savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and familiar with a relationship management system
- An interest in economics, history, or finance would be beneficial Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $80K-100K base depending on experience + bonus
