Project Manager - Fire ProtectionPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Fire Protection to oversee and deliver fire protection projects effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project objectives are met, from inception to completion, while adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage fire protection projects from initiation through to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential project issues.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any deviations from the plan promptly.
- Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication among all team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with fire protection regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in project close-out activities, including final inspections and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Fire Protection or similar field.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and standards.
- Familiarity with project management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
