Project Manager
Position Overview
The Project Manager leads our production activities in the field. Our goal is to be the premier provider of disaster restoration services in Maine. The Project Manager will ensure that all facets of a job are done timely, efficiently and to the best of our ability from taking the first call to submitting our final bill.
The Project Manager:
* Typically arrives first on job site for water, fire, mold, sewage and trauma losses
* Works with insured and insurance carrier to create scope by meeting onsite with adjusters and property owners
* Communicates and oversees crews in order to complete the scope on time and on budget by using proper equipment, techniques and industry standards.
* Ensures all of the paperwork, customers signature forms, drying logs photos and uploads are down correctly by crew or themselves
* Works with Insurance companies on corrections or alterations to the scope so that the project can be billed. Our goal is to have most projects billed within 10 days of starting a job.
* Uses available technology to properly document and transmit necessary information to concerned parties
* Trains crew members on demo and drying techniques to create a culture where techs feel supported and are gaining new skills.
* Works with ServiceMaster employees to track key performance indicators
* Will be in on-call screening rotation to take after hours emergency calls and dispatch crews if required.
* Other duties as necessary
