Job Description
  • Foster robust relationships with clients, design partners, and key project stakeholders by addressing clients' business needs, conducting regular site visits, and facilitating communication within the project team.
  • Contribute to the construction management process for assigned projects, including reviewing client contracts, participating in preconstruction and bidding, overseeing submittals and RFIs, coordinating purchases, resolving subcontractor issues, analyzing self-perform activities, and leading project closeouts.
  • Continuously monitor and manage job cost and labor production, actively participating in recurring meetings with project executives to discuss project financials.
  • Closely track project cashflow, billings, and negotiate Potential Change Items (PCIs), actively engaging in risk management by identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Conduct risk analysis and observation reports, while creating and maintaining project schedules to ensure alignment of activities and team members.
  • Monitor project success, adjust plans in response to challenges and milestones, and provide timely notifications to the project team.
  • Perform weekly schedule updates and undertake other related duties as assigned.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or possess a combination of education and professional experience relevant to the responsibilities outlined.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, exceptional interpersonal skills for interaction with company leadership, client organizations, and the community.
  • Possess organizational prowess, a proactive planning approach, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking, working efficiently independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment, quickly learning and adapting while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Primavera P6, Procore, and Bluebeam.
