Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager - Glazing to oversee our commercial glazing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project completion while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple glazing projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between team members and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glazing or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial glazing, curtain wall systems, and storefronts.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
