Part-time, 20 hours/week, 12-month/year position, reporting to the director of global learning; the project manager is a primary logistical support for prospective, new and continuing international students as well as students studying abroad. Essential Functions: Preforms the following essential functions: Tracks and prepares reports regarding international student status from inquiry through enrollment using customer relationship management (CRM) system. Assists in the recruitment of international students through regular communication using automated CRM-generated messaging, email, texting, zoom, social media, etc. Advises students, agents, parents, coaches, and others through the international admissions process and gathers all required documents to prepare applicant files for review.
