As a well-known General Contractor in the region, they are dedicated to delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. They operate across a number of markets including Automotive, Education, Grocery, Healthcare, Industrial, Interiors, Mixed-Use/Multifamily and Senior Living.
Description
Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to achieve project goals.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial accountability. Implement cost-saving measures and value engineering strategies as needed.
Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds quality standards and adheres to project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and address any non-compliance issues.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and subcontractor agreements. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and documented accurately.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and financial records. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
