About Our Client My client is a dynamic and exciting general contractor that specializes in high-quality construction projects and does not self-perform any trade work. Their team is comprised of top-notch construction professionals and that have extensive experience in the industry. My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. They also have an openness to hiring more junior candidates who are driven and eager to learn. Job Description Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
  • Manage project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and financial reports, to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes and building codes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
