The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of key revenue growth initiatives. This position will convene and lead cross-disciplinary teams to drive projects that will help the company meet its revenue & growth targets. The Project Manager will not only manage but also track, assess, and report on the success of these projects to senior leadership. This is a dynamic, varied role that will be focused on projects across the entire revenue generating business andwill provide exceptional exposure to many parts of the company. The successful candidate will be a highly effective communicator comfortable with working outside of traditional organizational structures to get projects across the finish line.
What You Will Do At Acme:
- Project Manage the implementation of revenue-growth initiatives, leading cross-disciplinary project teams, establishing project timelines, action items, and facilitating regular project meetings.
- Balance a portfolio of multiple projects across various departments, prioritizing based on leadership input and project requirements to meet revenue growth.
- Develop budgets for and monitor financial spend against growth initiatives, market expansions, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
- Help establish and standardize processes for evaluating the impact of new revenue-focused programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on revenue goals and project milestones.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports for leadership, summarizing key progress points and any obstacles.
- Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to propose ideas for potential revenue growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to gather data and develop reports on revenue trends and performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
Your Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, project management, or related field.
- 5+ years professional experience in a cross-functional project management, strategic planning, or growth strategy position.
- Experience in growth-focused or business development role, with demonstrated interest in revenue generation and strategic planning.
- Experience in market research techniques and data analysis.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive project execution.
Your Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to use project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com).
- Motivated self-starter who is comfortable taking the initiative and developing project plans for review and approval.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of organizational hierarchy, from senior leadership to production staff.
- Experience with Strategic Planning, Cross-functional Project Management, and/or senior leadership interaction is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in revenue growth, strategic planning, and/or project management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work on financial modeling and data analysis.
- Proactive and collaborative team player.
- Completion of training programs as assigned and/or required including standard of work.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer or prolonged periods of standing.
- Potential travel up to 10% of the time.
Health & Safety Requirements:

- Report all incidents including near misses immediately.
Compensation Range: $100,000 - $115,000 annually.*This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skillsets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
