  • Lead and manage the execution of healthcare construction projects, such as hospitals and medical offices, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals.
  • Oversee compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth communication and efficient problem-solving.
  • Manage project risks, budgets, procurement, and invoicing, while ensuring proper quality control and safety protocols are maintained.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and upper management, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.ProfileThe ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in healthcare construction, with a proven track record of handling complex projects from start to finish. They should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with healthcare facility design, regulations, and codes.
