- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth communication and efficient problem-solving.
- Manage project risks, budgets, procurement, and invoicing, while ensuring proper quality control and safety protocols are maintained.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and upper management, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.ProfileThe ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in healthcare construction, with a proven track record of handling complex projects from start to finish.
