Harper Brothers Construction is a full-service civil construction company specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are currently looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will lead company construction and engineering projects according to contract documents. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager running Heavy Civil/Heavy Highway projects.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of bids and proposals
- Generating, preparing, and submitting invoices per the terms of the contract for all assigned projects
- Production Analysis for the overall direction, completion, change orders and financial outcomes of the project
- Develop initial project schedules and responsible for updating and maintaining project schedule
- Contract oversight and compliance—understand contractual obligations to owners, subs, and vendors
- Material Management
- Risk management; safety, quality and financial
- Responsible for the monitoring and management of work-in-process, billings, and outstanding accounts receivable collection efforts
- Client Relations, consistent verbal and written communication
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent management experience with some education will be considered
- Experience using Primavera P6, Bluebeam, B2W and Microsoft Project
- ViewPoint HCSS experience required
- 5-8 years of heavy civil/heavy highway related construction project management experience on projects ranging from $10M - $100M+
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Be self-reliant and able to operate independently
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction including estimating, schedules, budget, and safety

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $120,000- $ 160,000
- Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job-specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role, and comparison to other employees already in this role
