- Client Relationships: Provide tailored service to assigned accounts, ensuring successful job execution and client satisfaction.
- Business Development: Actively identify and cultivate new clients, along with upselling and cross-selling opportunities at existing client locations.
- Project Planning: Conduct site assessments to develop work scopes, job estimates, and proposals.
- Job Management: Oversee all aspects of job delivery, from ensuring safety and quality to meeting profitability goals.
- Contract Management: Ensure appropriate contracts are in place before work begins.
- Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with Logistics Managers for scheduling and resource allocation, and maintain regular communication with foremen and supervisors to monitor progress.
- Financial Oversight: Produce timely, accurate invoices and manage collections for assigned jobs.
What You'll Bring:
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in at least one core area-Emergency Response, Industrial & Marine Services, Facility Decontamination, or Site Remediation-with broad knowledge across all areas.
- Client-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in estimating, project costs, profit and loss, and equipment needs, particularly in heavy industrial, power generation, or petrochemical environments.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Proven multitasking, time management, and leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of accounting and business development, with the ability to represent the company externally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of supervisory or account management experience in a related industry.
- Experience in water blasting is highly desirable.
- Must be comfortable with overnight travel as needed for projects.
- Must complete ongoing training in occupational safety and environmental regulations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, substance screening, and ongoing verifications.
