Description

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring costs stay within approved limits while optimizing resources.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules, addressing any delays or issues that arise.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Profile

  • 3+ years of running construction projects
  • Commercial construction experience
  • Client facing experience and ability to foster client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Passion for construction
