Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in highway construction to oversee and manage various highway and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close highway construction projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing potential issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all phases of construction.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the highway, heavy highway, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of highway construction practices, including bridge, paving, concrete, and asphalt work.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
