If you want to work beyond the cutting-edge, continuously pushing the boundaries of science and engineering to make possible the next generations of technology, join us to Make Possible a Better Future.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for leading projects that support our Human Resources team and ensure the successful development, implementation, and management of our HR project portfolio process.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program requirements and design effective solutions.Monitor program progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR programs.Lead change management efforts related to HR programs and initiatives.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR programs and make recommendations for improvement.QualificationsBachelor's Degree, Master's degree in Business or HR10+ Years of Experience in Human Resources or related fieldSix Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plusDemonstrated track record of successful project management and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and collaborativelyStrong analytical capability to understand complex issues and distill core concepts and convey concisely and clearlyAbility to establish and maintain strong relationshipsFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycleWhat We OfferAt Applied, we prioritize the well-being of you and your family.
