Nature & Scope:

Positional Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Project Manager to join our Cybersecurity Program Office. Reporting directly to the Cybersecurity Program Office Manager, this role will manage multiple projects while contributing to the development of governance practices for project, program, and portfolio management. This hybrid position requires on-site work at least three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday) with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. For the right candidate, this position is eligible for conversion to full-time employment.

• Manage and coordinate multiple cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Contribute to building and enhancing project, program, and portfolio management governance practices.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare presentations, and deliver project documentation as required.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar applications.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a cybersecurity environment is a plus but not required.
