This individual would be part of the Strategic Projects team comprising of two primary verticals: Continuous Improvement: Supports large scale digital transformations for Compass novation & Integrations: Supports improvement strategies related to process, technology, or acquisitions. Each project is carefully selected to achieve a significant return for the company and adds value to the growth of Compass Group. A successful candidate will be aligned to one of the Strategic Project verticals, own the life cycle of key projects, and drive necessary change throughout.
