JOB SUMMARY
- Overall facilitation of multiple project teams with various audiences, including executives to provide organization and collaboration to pull different workstreams of work into one overall program
- Plan projects, including the concept, design, planning, project scope, cost and benefits, testing, acceptance, implementation and post-implementation review of project deliverables.
- Monitor progress, produce project status reports, timelines, budget reports, project metrics.
- Monitor project risk and consult on mitigation plans.
- Accountable for managing project budgets, including a defined change control process
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years program management experience
- Healthcare experience
- Extensive experience with analysis including root cause identification and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word etc.)
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Project Management Certificate (PMP)
