We are seeking a Project Manager to join our expanding business and provide senior level consulting services to federal government clients. This position is hybrid with our client in the Washington, DC Metro Area. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Works in collaborative environment with various CBP project teams to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) mission
  • Acts as a trusted client advisor, responsible for project delivery
  • Work with a collaborative team supporting various project teams in support of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection (CBP) mission
  • Oversee a delivery team and be main point of contact for clients
  • Prepares and participates in client presentations
  • Provides advice, assistance and written recommendations on strategic initiatives
  • Assist in identifying CBP key capability gaps and assist in developing recommendations to address these gaps
  • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Participates in development of proposals (in support of new business development)
  • Supports hiring/recruiting as needed to support various Dignari business initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
  • 8 or more years of relevant professional work experience within the federal government including over 3 years supporting CBP
  • Subject matter expertise, demonstrating significant breadth and depth in multiple domains of work including business transformation, emerging technologies, innovation, travel, trade, biometrics, information systems, and technology platforms
  • Managerial experience in supervising cross-functional teams and complex projects
  • Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation
  • Well-organized with a track-record of producing high-quality deliverables on time
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
