In addition, the position provides technical expertise to contractors and operators and advises them on current county laws affecting building and remodeling of food and water recreation facilities. The position works in collaboration with local and county building departments, oversees facility file management, approves pre-construction plans and tracks the design and construction of facilities prior to approving the facility to open to the public. Review quantities, estimates, calculations and specifications for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
