Role: Business Analyst -ERP implementation
Open to remote, with up to 10% travel required to either the Atlanta or Dallas hub
Role Overview:
* Cloud ERP Implementation - The role is tied to a cloud ERP implementation, which will likely involve interacting with business stakeholders, understanding operational processes, and managing project timelines.
* Hybrid Skill Set - The candidate needs to possess a mix of technical and business knowledge, but business process understanding and communication are emphasized over deep technical expertise.
* Stakeholder Facilitation - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a priority. The person will need to facilitate conversations and bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
* Industry Preference - While there is a preference for candidates from SaaS or tech sectors due to the familiarity with cloud environments and technology, candidates from other industries may also be considered if they bring relevant skills.
Job Responsibilities:
* Support an operating model project related to cloud ERP.
* Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate integrations, application cutovers, and deployment planning.
* Coordinate and manage meetings, address escalations, and keep the project on track.
* 40% technical, 60% business-focused work, with the technical aspects likely revolving around ERP systems, integrations, and cloud technologies.
* Critical thinking will be required to improve poorly defined processes and drive business change.

Pay Range: $40 - $45
