The Center serves as the hub of research activity in the University of South Florida's College of Education. The mission of the Center is to engage in high-quality research, evaluation, assessment, and measurement efforts and enhance the culture of research productivity in the College of Education.POSITION SUMMARY:This is a grant-funded position on the AWARE Project. The SEA Project Coordinator will work with the Program Director to oversee grant, activities of LEA project managers and LMHP/DOE-certified staff. The SEA Project coordinator will coordinate with the evaluation team lead and SMHA co-coordinator.RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborates with Florida Department of Education program administration for the purpose of developing and monitoring program timelines, goals, key objectives and measures of program success. Assists with ensuring the program management and execution, monitoring and tracking of goals and deliverables, evaluation of educational programs, and adherence to schedules and timelines for the purpose of assuring compliance and alignment with program and district goals and objectives.Acts as the district liaison for Project AWARE for the purpose of implementing mental health awareness, prevention, and intervention programs and activities to ensure student and family access to appropriate and effective behavioral mental health services.Coordinates, plans, schedules and facilitates program activities (e.g. grant meetings, leadership meetings, trainings, evaluation meetings, etc.).Ensures the completion of all program reporting for the purpose of maintaining compliance with all district, state and federal guidelines and requirements.Performs other duties as assigned.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:MINIMUM:This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of project management or coordination experience; Some positions may require project management certification.FLSB1310 Equivalency:4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree.USF TampaInformation for ApplicantsThis position is subject to a Level 1 criminal background check.Job Opening Number: 37810Posting Date: 09/06/2024Posting End Date: 11/20/2024How To ApplyClick on the Apply Now button.
