Position Summary

This position is responsible for leading and/or participating in projects spanning the breadth and depth of KAGs business units

Essential Functions

* Manage a wide variety of projects across all business lines

* Assist in evolving the Project Life Cycle to maintain service levels to the organization

* Complete documentation, testing training, and requirements definition for projects

* Meet the deployment, development, and training objectives as assigned for each project

* Communicate project status; identify roadblocks and provide solutions

* Execute change management policies and procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

* 2 years IT project management experience

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Prior IT experience preferred

* Project management training and experience preferred

* Project management certification a plus

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project

* Ability to travel up to 40%
