If you are ready to join our team and support our mission, now is the perfect time to apply as we expand to new Centers across the country.Overview:The Project Manager will support Concordance's rapid growth, bringing our life-changing services to 40 centers by 2030. In this role, you'll assist with project management across the organization, ensure Concordance's policies and procedures are reviewed, current, and in-line with accreditation requirements, and coordinate achievement of goals in Concordance's annual operating plan and compliance with public grant funding.Your role will involve:Managing internal projects, including tracking of deadlines and deliverables.Supporting the implementation of new Centers across the nation, with some travel required.Assisting with maintenance of all internal Concordance policies and procedures.Coordinating annual review and compliance for external accreditation.Assisting with development and achievement of the annual operating plan.Assisting with applications for and compliance with public grant opportunities.Skills, Knowledge, and ExpertiseThe right candidate will come with:Passion for our mission and belief in the value of nonprofits as drivers of social justice, benefit, and change.Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly, both in written communications and public speaking presentations.High level of analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex situations and recommend innovative holistic next steps and solutions.Ability to manage project tasks and deadlines.Ability to synthesize and present research clearly and conciselyAbility to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively and professionally.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Understanding of and experience with suitable mechanisms for communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders.Required education, licensure, and experience:Bachelor's degree in project management, nonprofit operations, information management, business administration, or related field.2-4 years of relevant and progressively responsible work experience in project management.Consulting experience, preferredProject management certification such as CAPM, PMP, or CPMP, preferredWhat to expect when you join ConcordanceA driven team with a desire to help our participants move forward.
