The Main Responsibilities:
Creates, manages, and executes project milestones and deliverables throughout the project life cycle
Creates executive presentations that demonstrate project status and performance updates
Develops comprehensive business cases that detail the cost / benefit analysis of proposed initiatives to help drive Transformational initiatives
Compiles large amounts of data and condenses into concise, easily understandable executive summaries
Facilitates meetings with cross functional teams to solicit program status, results, and next steps to enable leadership updates
Manages work responsibilities independently meeting deliverables and expectations with minimal oversight
Displays leadership ability and works with teams to negotiate and resolve conflicts when necessary
Leads the reviews of Project Budget including current spend, forecasted spend, and additional costs as needed
Creates Budgetary controls around CapEx costs and project trends
Drive towards established KPIs to help meet company goals and objectives and transform our business
Requirements:What We Look For in a Candidate:
6+ years of related experience within Telecommunications Construction Management and Deployments
Strong organizational, communication (oral and written) interpersonal, presentation, process / project management and teamwork skills
Strong computer skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word, specifically related to successfully demonstrating project updates
Exhibits good business judgement with the ability to overcome obstacles and think strategically to solve business problems
Willing to travel occasionally for in-person meetings or market visits within assigned area
Familiarity with the Agile format/methodology
Nice to have experiences in a Candidate:
Project management certification with demonstrated experience
Process Design and/or mapping ( Visio process flows)
Experience using Lean methodology and / or Six Sigma certification(s)
Compensation details: 90000-100000 Yearly Salary
