Job Type Full-timeDescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to oversee and coordinate telehealth initiatives and in-clinic services within our healthcare organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for streamlining processes, ensuring effective communication, and managing the successful execution of telehealth program and in-clinic services. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
- Building Provider Network: Identify and establish relationships with healthcare providers to expand our provider network.
- Provider Management: Manage provider schedule, ensure providers receive training and access to systems.
- Appointment Management: Create patient schedules within the platform, including scheduling appointments. Upload and manage the patient contact list for communications, ensuring timely and effective communication efforts. Communicate schedules with the business partners daily. Manage patient communication requirements.
- Event Management: Coordinate with site POCs to ensure seamless execution of on-location events. Set up events scheduling platform. Organize staffing for events, ensuring adequate resources are allocated. Support the event team during execution, addressing questions and issues as they arise.
- Documentation Management: Ensure all required documentation is complete and manage any necessary corrections.
- Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices from providers and business partners.
- Reporting: Generate reports related to program utilization, performance, and other key metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven project management experience in healthcare or related industries.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Ability to travel overnight 25% of the time
