Our Project Manager position at Fiduciary Real Estate Development, a multi-family real estate development firm, may be a fit for you! We have more than 35 communities across Wisconsin and Illinois, with numerous upcoming projects, providing lots of opportunity for you to grow your career with us. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of multi-family construction projects, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including consultants, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within financial parameters. Identify and address potential cost overruns.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met, and any delays are proactively managed to keep the project on track.
  • Work in close coordination with Project Superintendent to create the projects weekly work schedule to ensure that the project goals are met.
  • Review monthly invoices and oversees documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project
  • Represent Fiduciary Real Estate Development in the subcontract negotiations
General Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing work in the construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are a plus.
  • Ability to actively maintain relationships within the construction contracting industry
  • Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
