Job Description - Led upgrades and modernization projects, ensuring proper staffing and alignment with customer expectations while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
- Managed scope change procedures to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identified areas for improvement through lessons learned and provided feedback to stakeholders.
- Understood and addressed customer needs efficiently.
- Supported project warranty process and resolution when needed.
- Worked closely with internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Field Services.

The Successful Applicant - Holds a relevant degree, such as a bachelor's or master's, with 8+ years of experience managing equipment delivery projects.
- Knowledgeable in mining and mineral processing technologies.
- Able to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Project Management certifications like PMP or CAPM are preferred.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.
- Familiar with MS Project and open to learning new project management tools.
- Demonstrates strong influencing skills, independent decision-making, and a results-driven mindset.
- Works well in collaborative settings with international and virtual teams from various cultural backgrounds.
