Roles and Responsibilities:• Coordinate with key stakeholders to assess and align management, business and IT resources required to meet requirements and deliverables for medium to large-scale projects within the Infrastructure & Operations and User Services Portfolio.• Develop project plans, with defined timelines, deliverables, etc. to effectively and efficiently meet requirements that insure successful completion of deployments and implementation of ARPA and Capital funded IT solutions for medium (agency) to large-scale (statewide) projects.• Monitor project milestones to ensure alignment with defined timelines and deliverables.• Monitor project activities to ensure they are within scope and adhere to applicable state and DoIT policies, procedures, and standards.• Monitor and, where necessary, recommend courses of action for any project activities that are at risk, deficient or not compliant with regulations or requirements.• Schedule, facilitate and document results of project meetings, work sessions, etc.
