Based near any of our offices, this role is essential in ensuring seamless event production and client satisfaction through expert planning, production, and communication. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to understand and capture their show needs
- Communicate requirements to internal teams and vendors for cohesive execution
- Build strong client relationships, offering guidance on design and event solutions
- Manage all show elements, including production timelines, sponsorships, and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors, facilities, and labor resources for effective event setup
- Support cost management, invoicing, and post-event reviews
What You Bring to The Expo Group: Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience. Experience: 5+ years in account or project management within the events industry. Credentials: CEM or CMP preferred. Key Skills: Exceptional communication, responsiveness, and prioritization skills; organizational excellence and attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office; a strong work ethic and teamwork orientation. This role requires 50% travel, with availability for evening, weekend, and holiday work as needed.
