A financial firm is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in New York, NY or Greenwich, CT.Compensation: $100-150k Responsibilities:• Elicitation of Business Requirements and translation into a functional requirements document• Work across all teams to ensure a consistent and complete requirements definition• Work with developers to ensure successful transformation of business requirements into technical design / solution• Participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment• Engage stakeholders for participation in requirements, testing, review, and definition of done• Identify resource requirements and gaps• Coordinate with development resources to document and ratify solution design• Coordinate users, meetings, and working sessions to enable requirements gathering and solution planning.• Manage regular scrum meetings• Develop and maintain a project plan• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders both within and outside Information Technology• Prepare and communicate status updates including Identification of risks to the project(s)• Support Technology, Business, and Project Management teams to a successful conclusion of projects by consulting across teams receiving input into operational delivery, planning and alignmentQualifications :• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field• Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience• 3-7+ years of experience• High level skill with Microsoft Office Suite• Experience with Atlassian suite of Project Management tools (Confluence, Jira) or similar Project Management software• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work directly with key stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and process-driven• Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams / functions• Experience with software development methodologies• Experience with Information Security implementations is a plus• PMP Certified or other formal Project Management education is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
