A recognized services organization in Connecticut is looking to add a new Project Manager to join their team. In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Responsibilities: The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day direction to project resources
- Preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets
- Meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures
- Developing project plan and driving project milestones
- Establishing effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders
- Ensuring effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge for various Project Management methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile and SaFE methodologies
- Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Outlook, Project, Visio, etc.)
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Cable / Telecom knowledge
