Role - Project Manager Rate - $65-70/hr on C2C Work Auth - Only USC and GC. Client - NY Govt. Must work 100% on-site at 15 MTC, Brooklyn, New York Need 2 references of the candidate. JOB DESCRIPTION The Integrated Eligibility System (IES) initiative IES is intended to help the Department of Social Services (DSS) to streamline and standardize their eligibility to better support DSS staff and improve access for applications to health and human services programs. key component of this initiative will involve determining the integration, retirement, and modernization approach for a variety of existing DSS legacy platforms. This will include a full cataloging of key functions and capabilities of the current DSS systems, as well as a thorough analysis of both the system and operational dependencies of IES retirement/integration related decisions. Required Skills/Mandatory Experience: •Develop comprehensive project management plans •Lead the planning and implementation of project •Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables •Define project tasks and resource requirements •Track project deliverables using appropriate tools •Provide management reporting and information dissemination •Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders •Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions •Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time. •Provide project quality assurance •Develop quality assurance metrics to measure outputs. •Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. •Ensure all projects changes meets the developed quality assurance metrics before it is released to the user community.
