Overview:
Project Manager for OHLA USA, Inc. to report to our East Elmhurst, NY HQ but working at multiple unanticipated locs in USA.
Responsibilities:Manage + direct pjct team, incl comm, coord, + follow-up, to meet pjct goals + objectives. Train + mentor pjct team. Direct report to sr mgmt. Provide ongoing pjct info + revs as reqd. Coord training + compliance measures to ensure pjct procs followed. Def SOW, sched, + bdgt for sr mgmt, pjct team, + client. Determine controls + maintain pjct sched + bdgt, + track milestones to keep pjct on track. ID + secure approval for all changes in pjct scope, bdgt, or sched. Maintain reg comm w/ client, + adjust deliverables as reqd to meet client/stkhldr needs + contract obligations. Ensure compliance w/ company policies + procedures, incl safety. Involves accessing all points of constr site in wide-ranging climates + environments. Extensive travel to field sites may be required. May undergo background checks. Salary range is $182,874 - $200,000 per year.
Qualifications:Must have Bach in Civil Engring, Construction Management, or rel field and 5 yrs rel field exp in Heavy Civil Construction. Also requires skills (5 yrs exp) in: managing project engineers in the field. Apply at
